Flashing / Air Barrier Tape
Basic Use: Dry-Flash¨ 25 is well suited
for sealing windows and door openings. It has a flexible SBS modified
asphalt and aluminum surface, which provides excellent protection
from moisture or air penetration. Dry-Flash¨ is compatible with
foam board, concrete, block, gypsum or wood surfaces. It may be
applied horizontally or vertically when applied over the full service
area.

use as an above grade moisture/air barrier and is suitable for application
in cavity wall construction, sealing window and door perimeters,
sealing of wall joints, corners, and other terminations. It is compatible
with foam board, concrete, block, gypsum or wood surfaces. It may
be applied horizontally or vertically when applied over the full
service area.
